My First Book of Ayurveda, edited by Dr. Vibhuti S. Rao and Dr. Roopashree S, is a unique educational initiative created by Agnivesha Ayurveda Anushtana (AAA). Designed as part of the Ayurveda School Education Project (2023), the content was carefully selected through expert focus-group discussions to include everyday health practices, seasonal living, diet, lifestyle routines, and preventive wellness concepts relevant to young learners. Each chapter is accompanied by engaging illustrations—some contributed by children themselves—to help readers understand and visualize key ideas of Ayurveda.
